We cannot thank SHB enough for the incredible food and service at our wedding! The gyros the night before went down an absolute treat with our guests – it was delicious. Then on the day itself… where do we even start? The canapés were a real highlight – so generous, beautifully presented and absolutely yummy. It was such a thoughtful touch that SHB made sure we (the brides) got to enjoy them too, bringing us a gorgeous basket to share after the reception.

We opted for a sharing board meal as we wanted our guests to mingle and enjoy the food together, which worked perfectly. Ruth and the team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after (even our hungriest friends!), and the top table service was especially attentive – my mum, who is gluten free, felt so well cared for. The little activity packs for the children were also such a lovely detail and much appreciated.

For our evening food, we chose pizza which was again delicious – our only small piece of feedback would be that it ran out quite quickly, so perhaps limiting slices could help in future. But honestly, that didn’t take away from what was an outstanding service and experience overall.

The food was plentiful, tasty, and made with such care, and we are so grateful to SHB for playing such a big part in making our day so special. Thank you again!

We first met SHB at an open day at our wedding venue – Alexander weddings, the food they had to taste was amazing and after an initial chat with Ruth, we knew we wanted to book them for our wedding.
SHB had experience at our venue which we thought was really beneficial, as I knew I wouldn’t need to worry about logistics on the day and I wasn’t wrong, everything went smoothly.
We booked in for a menu tasting with our parents and tasted a few different samples of canapé’s, mains and deserts and from there we finalised our menu.
On the day, the food was just as amazing as I remembered from the tasting and was absolutely GORGEOUS! Everyone commented on how amazing the food was and I’ve had a few people message to say ‘I wish we could have that meal again’.
For me, the food was something I was so keen to get right at our wedding and I didn’t want a traditional ‘chicken dinner’ style wedding breakfast. The menu’s that SHB offer are personable, tasty and great value for money.
The staff on the day were exceptional and liaison with Anthony and Ruth prior to the wedding day was top class.
For anyone looking for a unique, tasty and quirky wedding breakfast I would certainly recommend SHB!

We could not fault Anthony and his team for the AMAZING food they served at our wedding reception at the weekend. From our first enquiry at booking to the wedding evening, Anthony has been so helpful, profession, listened to exactly what we wanted and gave his expertise advise to make the food service run as smooth as possible.

2 weeks before the wedding we decided it would be nice to have a cheese board station, Anthony was able to create something that not only tasted amazing at such short notice, but also looked absolutely beautiful. It almost looked too good to eat, but our guests did not get that memo and the entire table was cleared, our guests loved it as much as we did.

Thank you so so much Anthony and your team. Having great reliable wedding suppliers really made our wedding day that extra bit special as we were able to just enjoy the day whilst everything was dealt with by them.

We have booked SHB Dining & Events as our wedding caterer. So far the experience has been amazing. As we are not looking for a traditional wedding breakfast, it was important for us to find someone who could deliver a bespoke menu. Anthony was open to our suggestions and helped us to create our Mexican menu.

We had our wedding menu tasting last week and it blew us away. Firstly the food was incredible. The venue was also amazing, with the table set up using the plates and cutlery that will be used on the day with additional options to see, so we could really imagine what it would be like. This was set up in a private room next to the kitchen where you could see Anthony preparing all the food, creating a lovely atmosphere. And to be able to prepare and serve so much food so quickly was truly impressive! Anthony had presented some additional options outside of our original selection that we were able to try. We changed our mind on a few options so this was really helpful to allow us pick and choose what we would like on the day.

Overall we all had such a wonderful time I would highly recommend for anyone to do the menu tasting.

Couldn’t recommend Anthony and his team more. From the very first time I contacted them, to every email and phone call they could not do enough to help. They catered our wedding on NYE and no one went hungry. The canapés were delicious and there was a board for the groom and I am to ensure we got some !
The service was quick. No one was waiting for their food.
It was all delicious and the staff were very attentive in making sure everyone had enough and topping up the sharing boards.
No ask was too much.
Since the wedding everyone has commented on how good the food was.
